Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) II S.C.A. – In Liquidation (“the Company”) In the Royal Courts of Justice Number 10471 of 2011
On 1 December 2011 a winding up order was made in the Royal Courts of Justice and on 5 December 2011, Andrew Lawrence Hosking and Carl Stuart Jackson were appointed as Joint Liquidators. By order of the High Court of Justice, on 17 May 2013 Mr Jackson was replaced by Simon James Bonney, and subsequently on 7 May 2014, Mr Bonney was replaced by Bruce Alexander Mackay, as Joint Liquidator alongside Mr Hosking.
The duties and functions of the Liquidators are dealing with the realisation of the Company’s assets, the agreement of the claims of creditors and the eventual distribution of the estate funds between the creditors in accordance with their legal entitlements.
Andrew Hosking is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. Bruce Mackay is licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Joint Liquidators act without personal liability.
